Is it just me, or did 2020 feel super long? SO much happened this year, and if you ask me, it honestly felt like a plank, each minute was like a day sometimes (which did not give me any abs, to be honest).

So let me wrap this year up, and give you a few updates on what brewed on our turf ☕️

Launch of Crosstalk

Apart from the luxury of working from home, COVID-19 did bring along a few serendipitous items, and Crosstalk was one of them for us.
We did a few things here, so let me bring all of them together

1. Crosstalk Conversations: We started our podcast series! Chatting up with various founders and key startup operators and understanding their journey in building products and launching their companies. Listen to our latest episode with Miten on him joining and building CRED

2. Crosstalk WhatsApp Newsletter: We shared weekly updates regarding the startup ecosystem, product/growth snippets, interesting opportunities, private beta links, and occasional invite-only get-togethers. Join now if incase you haven't!

3. Crosstalk Community: We've started bringing together some great startup founders and operators who want to share their journey, learnings and resources, forming the backbone of Crosstalk. So if you know anyway who might be a fit here, feel free to send him/her my way :)

On the investment front, we have some new family members in the Investopad portfolio:

Entri

A local-language learning app, with a clear goal of helping users find a job. Entri provides different types of learning content (mock/adaptive tests, flashcards, videos and podcast lessons) in local languages for job aspirants, preparing users for government or private-sector jobs.

Hisam and his inside sales team are just not stopping on closing customers! The company has seen 8x revenue growth in the past year.

Yellow Class

A new-age fun-learning platform where kids can learn from a wide range of classes like dancing, drawing, personality development, creative writing etc.
